The Sport-Önként Association has launched a new website, so unfortunately you can no longer log in to the old one. You can access the new platform via the following link: online.sportonkent.hu.
You can access the platform at online.sportonkent.hu, where you can start entering your details by clicking the registration button in the top right corner.
During registration, you will see which fields must be completed (these are marked with a red asterisk), and which pieces of information are optional.
Please fill in your personal data carefully, as these are essential for signing a contract later on. Of course, you will be able to modify your data if it changes, with the exception of your email address used for registration, your name, your date and place of birth, your mother’s maiden name, and your citizenship.
Mandatory fields:
If you are under 18 years old, we will also need the details of your legal guardian, as they will be informed about all event applications and their signature is required for the contract.

During registration, you have the opportunity to provide as much data and information about yourself as possible so that we can better understand the qualities with which you can best support the organizers’ work. In this section, the most important thing is to share as much relevant information about yourself as possible.
In order for us to create your accreditation card for an event, your uploaded profile picture must meet the following requirements:
Color, ID-style portrait (portrait orientation!)
Plain light-colored background
Facing the camera
You are alone in the picture
Your face is not covered (e.g. by sunglasses, a hat, a scarf, or a coat collar)
File format: .jpg, .jpeg or .png
Maximum file size: 2 MB
After you have provided all the necessary information and uploaded your profile picture, click the save button and the system will save your profile. You will then receive an email at the address you provided to confirm your email address. By clicking on the link in the email, you can verify your email address, and your registration will then be complete on the new website, allowing you to apply for our current events.
You can always find the current events on the main page of your profile.
You can find the application deadline in the information section under the current events on the main page of your profile, next to the clock icon. In addition, if you click the “Apply” button, you will see the detailed page of the selected event, where you can also find the application deadline on the right-hand side.
To apply for a selected event, click the “Apply” button, where you can set your availability and choose positions. By default, all days of the event will be selected as available, so if you are not available on all days, uncheck those days when you are not available. You can also adjust the time slots within each day. In the description, you will see how many hours and days you need to commit to for a valid application.
If accommodation is available for the given event, you can indicate your request when applying for the event while setting your availability. You can check your accommodation request in a separate column next to the time slots, on the right, for each day you have signed up for a shift. If you have selected accommodation for a specific day but later realize you cannot take that day, it is very important to remove the checkmark for the accommodation request before finalizing your application.
At the selected event, you will always see which volunteer positions are currently available. To select a position, you need to drag it from the “These don’t appeal to me” section into the “These appeal to me” section below. You can change your preference order by dragging the positions listed in the “These appeal to me” section up or down. This does not guarantee that you will definitely be assigned to your first-choice position, but we try to take your preferences into account.
If it is indicated on the event page that a specific item of clothing (for example, a T-shirt) will be provided for volunteering, you can always submit your required clothing size during the application for that event. This must be done separately for each application; otherwise, the system will not allow you to submit your application.
To finalize your application, check the box to accept the project’s privacy notice, then click the “Submit” button to send your application to the system.
To change your availability, you need to reapply for the given event. To do this, you must first withdraw from the event, which you can do on your profile’s main page by clicking the “Withdraw” button. After that, you can fill out the application form again and provide your updated availability.
Please note that you can only withdraw from an event until you have not received a contract. After that, the “Withdraw” option will no longer be available for that event. In this case, please inform us about your updated availability via the email address provided on the event’s page.
You can withdraw your application on your profile’s main page by clicking the “Withdraw” button next to the given event. During the interview, we would like to get to know each volunteer we will be working with in the future a bit better. In the new system, this is a mandatory step that every volunteer applying for an event must complete. You only need to do this once, during your first application, and it takes approximately 15 minutes.
Please make sure to arrive on time, as multiple auditions are scheduled one after another, so in case of lateness, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to take part. If there is a delay, please stay in the call until the organizers let you in—this may take a few minutes.
Our coordinators invite every applicant to this audition from the system, and you will receive an invitation for it.

Within your profile, under the “My Auditions” menu, you can select the most suitable time slot under the “Select time slots” section. By scrolling to the right, you will be able to press the “Apply” button. For the listed time slots, you will need to join via the provided meeting link at the selected time. You will also receive an automatic system message confirming your successful application.
Yes, if the application deadline has not yet passed, you can change your time slot. First, you need to withdraw from your original time slot. You will receive a system message about this, and then you can reapply in the already known way.
If you accidentally missed the audition, you will receive an informational email about it. After that, you will of course have the option to book a new time slot. In your profile, under the “My Auditions” section, you will see multiple available time slots, and where it says “No selected time slot,” you can choose the most suitable one under the Time Slots section.
For volunteering at events, a contract must be signed between the Sport-Önként Association and the volunteer. This contract is always valid only for the specific event, and a new contract is required for each new event.
After applying for a specific event, once the application deadline has passed, the selected volunteers for the event will receive the contract in email. This means that you have been accepted into the event’s volunteer team, and you only need to accept the contract.
In the email, you can click the attached PDF to read and download your contract. By clicking the “Contract” button, the acceptance pop-up will appear.
By clicking “Accept,” you can accept the contract and confirm your participation in the event. By clicking “Reject,” you can reject the contract and cancel your participation in the event.
Later on, you can find all your contracts individually in your profile under the “My Contracts” section, organized by event.
